Thank you for your interest in our Access Card Program. This program was created to ensure that all children have access to quality play and a sense of community. To apply for an Access Card, please complete the form below. Your information will remain confidential. You may be asked to provide additional documentation, such as proof of income.
Once your application is submitted, our team will reach out to you within 5 business days. Please note that spots are limited. If we do not have any available spots, you will be placed on a waitlist and updated as spots become available. If you are approved for the Access Card, please ensure that you use it regularly. If you no longer need or wish to use the Access Card, kindly notify our team so we can offer the opportunity to another family in need.
